BLACKPINK’s Rosé reveals favourite Disney movie: ‘Cried on 20th rewatch’
BLACKPINK member Rosé shares emotional scene from her favourite Disney flick
Rose, one of the four members of BLACKPINK, recently name-dropped her favourite Disney movie during her appearance on Hot Ones this week.
As she took on the challenge of eating hot and spicy wings, the K-pop sensation revealed that Tangled is her favourite Disney movie.
"I’m obsessed with that movie," she said. When host Sean Evans asked her about her favourite Disney song "I cried on my 20th rewatch. When Flynn Rider is about to die and says, 'You are my new dream,' I cried so much. My favourite [Disney] song is all the songs from that movie."
Rosé's Hot Ones appearance came after the release of her latest single, APT, a collaboration with Bruno Mars that has been breaking records since its debut on October 18.
"It’s one of many Korean drinking games, but that one seemed to be the one all my friends in the studio were vibing to," Rosé explained the track, inspired by a famous Korean drinking game. "It inspired me to write a song about it because they were addicted to it. I was really lucky to have Bruno jump on it—craziest experience of my life."
In addition to her continued success as part of BLACKPINK, one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, Rosé is gearing up for her solo debut with her first studio album, Rosie. The 12-track collection is slated to release on December 6.
