Olivia Rodrigo's ‘GUTS’ concert takes awkward turn with unexpected request

Olivia Rodrigo felt apologetic towards two siblings after creating an awkward moment during her Guts World Tour with an unexpected request.

In a TikTok video from her Thursday concert in Sydney, the Bad Idea, Right? songstress asked a pair of fans featured on the big screen to kiss, only to later realise they were siblings.

"You guys are so cute," Rodrigo, 21, complimented the sister and her brother, who shared the video on his account. "Hey, I have a really cute, fun thing to ask."

"Would you guys give us a kiss on the Guts cam?" she requested, to which the brother explained that he was standing next to his sister.

Upon realising her mistake, the Driver's License hitmaker quickly backtracked, saying it was the first time something like this had happened to her.

"Never mind, never mind, scrap that," she said, abandoning the idea.

"Olivia Rodrigo asking my sister and I to kiss was not on my 2024 bingo card," the brother wrote in the video, to which the former Disney star responded with an apology.

"I AM SO SORRY," she replied in the comments from her official account.

Rodrigo still has two shows left on her tour, scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, before she takes her act to South America in March.
