Lizzo stuns fans with first public appearance after losing weight
Lizzo flaunts her new figure as she goes out and about in NYC
It was about damn time that Lizzo showed off her weight loss transformation.
The Good As Hell songstress made her first public appearance, since her weight loss transformation, on September 26.
The Pink hitmaker was spotted leaving Nobu restaurant at New York City, as she donned a sheer black-and-white designer ensemble.
Lizzo accessorised her look with a customised leather trench coat over her shoulders, and glamourous shades, paired with matching boots and bag.
The 36-year-old star’s public appearance comes after a before-and-after clip of her weight loss transformation garnered attention on social media.
She took to Instagram on September 18 to reveal a slimmer figure. In the reel, she shows how a pair of jeans has now gotten loose.
However, many social media users started accusing the musician for taking weight loss medications or abusing drugs to lose weight.
Lizzo did not let the harsh comments slide and responded to them in another post, on September 20.
She captioned her post, "oZeMpIc oR cOkE?” - a fan,” referring to a comment that a social media user had left on her earlier post.
"Did she use ozempic or did she snort coke," the comment read, to which the rapper replied, "Whyyyy do u follow me?" adding four crying face emojis.
The musician also added that she has been working out and eating in calorie deficit for five months.
