Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's possible UK return might not sit well with Prince William and Princess Kate. 

King Charles seemingly hinted at welcoming his son and daughter-in-law back to the royal fold with a sweet birthday message for the Duke. 

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are already making it to the headlines with their foreign tours, could get a chance to boost their popularity among Britons amid the Princess of Wales' absence from the public eye. 

The Montecito couple recently celebrated the success of their recent Nigeria and Colombia tours. 

On the other hand, Catherine, who has completed her chemotherapy, is still taking her sweet time to fully recover from cancer, making her unavailable from the spotlight. 

However, royal commentator Gareth Russell told GB News that the Prince and Princess of Wales have been handling the pressure despite the Sussexes' new tactic.

He said, "I don't think the pressure is mounting on the Prince and Princess of Wales in terms of competing with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex."

"I think the public is very broadly behind the idea of the Princess of Wales taking her time to focus on her health, that still seems to be where the public's primary focus on the Waleses is," Gareth added.
