Gordon Ramsay, athlete wife’s sporty 2018 gift to twins: ‘You are running’
Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana gifted their twin kids with fitness-focused gift years back
Gordon Ramsay seems to be a fitness freak, and his family follows.
The 57-year-old celebrity chef opened up about how much importance he and his family give to fitness in the October cover story for Men’s Health UK.
In the interview, Gordon recalled how he and his wife Tana gifted their twins, Holly and Jack, now 24, a fitness-centered gift in 2018.
“While a lot of our friends buy their kids cars and f---ing iPads, we got our kids marathon places for their 18th birthday. You’re running the marathon for Great Ormond Street. Here’s your bib. Now move your arse,” he said.
Tana, who is a mother to Megan, 26, Holly, Jack, Tilly, 22, Oscar, 5, and Jesse, 9 months, who she shares with Gordon, is an athlete and has participated in Ironman Triathlon herself, having it completed in 70.3 back in 2015.
Despite the love for fitness, one of the chef’s kids is following him in his footsteps and making their way to the kitchen.
Tilly, the Ramsays' youngest daughter, revealed on Sept. 3 that she is heading to culinary school.
“@gordongram took me out to buy my first chef whites as I am off to culinary school this September!!” Tilly took to her Instagram stories to write over a photo of herself in head-to-toe culinary gear.
“I am so excited for this next chapter and dad and I had the most exciting day getting all my uniform and equipment.”
