Meghan Markle's pilates studio vandalized in disturbing incident
The Duchess of Sussex embraces pilates as key fitness passion
Meghan Markle, a dedicated Pilates enthusiast, was likely dismayed to learn that her preferred Pilates studio, Pilates Platinum, was vandalized on Friday.
The studio, owned by Markle's close friend Heather, was targeted in a disturbing incident.
Dorak took to Instagram to reveal the damage, showing footage of the studio's floor-to-ceiling glass window that had been shattered.
"Thankfully, everyone is safe, but these moments are so challenging for a business owner," he wrote.
She further described the perpetrator as someone "going from business to business throwing rocks through storefronts."
Markle and Dorak, who have been friends since 2006, have shared many personal milestones together, including celebrating July 4th and enjoying skiing holidays and hikes.
It is expected that Markle will offer her support to her during this difficult time.
Meghan Markle and Heather Dorak's friendship is believed to have begun at Pilates Platinum, her studio known for its Megaformer Pilates machines.
These machines feature a moving platform and springs for resistance, which have become a hallmark of the studio.
The Duchess of Sussex has praised Megaformer Pilates, stating, "It's hands down the best."
