Prince William, Kate Middleton share new video with statement after Harry's award
Kensington Palace releases Prince William, Kate Middleton's meaningful statement with their photos
Prince William and Kate Middleton have made their first statement after Prince Harry received an award in the US.
The Prince and Princess of Wales turned to X (formerly Twitter) to release a meaningful video, with a caption: "Make a real difference."
The statement reads: "Today's Charity Polo Cup is all about supporting causes that make a real difference.
"One of last year's recipients was Wales @air_ambulance and the impact of the funding they received is already being felt!"
Future King William is set compete in the Out-Sourcing Inc Royal Charity Polo Cup 2024 at Guards Polo Club in Windsor Great Park on Friday. The event will raise money for causes which William and the Princess of Wales are passionate about supporting, Kensington Palace said.
It will be the 13th time the prince has played in the Out-Sourcing Inc Royal Charity Polo Cup, which is set to raise £1 million for charity.
The Palace stated: “This year the event is set to take the total amount raised to more than £13,000,000 for well-deserving causes that the prince and princess are passionate about."
