Jon Bon Jovi recently opened up about his impending surgery and possible tour.
During an interview with Mix 104.1 Boston, the singing sensation provided fans with updates on his recuperation following a significant vocal surgery.
“I don’t know about a tour,” the singer noted when asked about his band’s future.
He went on to explain, “It is my desire to do a tour next year, but I’m just still recovering from a major surgery.”
The singer said in a previous interview with the Hulu documentary series Thank You, Good Night, "So when God was taking away my ability, and I couldn’t understand why."
“I jokingly have said the only thing that’s ever been up my nose is my finger, you know, so there’s no reason for any of this,” he added in the chat last month.
Claiming to be a ‘true vocalist’, John observed, “I’ve studied the craft for 40 years. I’m not a stylist who just barks and howls,” before insisting, “I know how to sing," after which he started narrating a new story.
For those unfamiliar, the artist had a vocal chord medialization in 2022, which is a surgical treatment used to assist restore proper function to his voice.
According to the musician, a surgeon used a "cutting-edge implant" to help him regain his "gift" in this procedure.
