Inside BTS’s V celebrations following 'FRI(END)S' success on debut
BTS sensation Kim Tae-hyung aka V celebrated 'FRI(END)S' release with military friends
BTS’ V dropped his new single FRI(END)S on Friday, March 15.
His enlistment in the mandatory service didn't stop him from celebrating the blooming success of his latest song.
According to Allkpop, Kim Tae-hyung, famous for his stage name V, celebrated the release of his highly anticipated digital solo track with his military friends, which included a cake-cutting ceremony and a fresh set of photographs.
On Friday, a fellow soldier posted some snapshots on his Instagram account featuring V flexing his new muscular physique.
The snapshots were taken inside a photo booth where the Butter crooner was sporting a teddy bear headband and brown shades in other images.
Fans expressed their adoration over the new photos with comments like, "So handsome" and "So cute like Chimchar."
Another fan complimented him, saying, "I think he looks better with a short hairstyle."
The new set of photographs came hours after the Dynamite vocalist, who will be officially discharged from his mandatory military services on June 10, 2025, visited a cafe, where he serves as an ambassador, with his fellow soldiers.
In addition to spending some quality time together, his friends celebrated the song's release by presenting him with a mini heart-shaped chocolate cake topped with cherries.
