Stray Kids expressed their gratitude to their fandom, STAY for the win
Stray Kids bagged the Group/Duo of the Year award at the People’s Choice Awards 2024 over the weekend.
The band took to their social media, expressing gratitude to their fandom, STAYS.
They posted: "We're truly honored to win Group / Duo of the year at the People's Choice Awards 2024! STAY, thank you for this precious award."
Fans poured in their best wishes, celebrating their big win as the South Korean band has been privy to awards and nominations.
They dominated the Asia Artist Awards 2023 in December last year, bringing Stage of the Year award home among many others.
Their rap line 3RACHA also won Best Creator award during the ceremony. Stray Kids performed for special stages at SBS Gayo Daejeon 2023, followed by another French charity Gala des Pieces Jaunes in January 2024.
The latter is said to have saved their spot in Billboard’s Artist 100, jumping on the bandwagon alongside BTS, TXT, and NCT 127.
They qualified as the fourth dominating K-pop act to complete one year on the chart.
Meanwhile, BTS’ Jungkook was awarded Male Artist of the Year at the recent PCAs, surpassing Bad Bunny, Luke Vombs, Drake, Post Malone, The Weeknd, Jack Harlow, and Morgan Wallen among others.
