VIDEO: Terrifying UFO dodges IAF's Rafale jets over India's Imphal airport

Indian fighter planes scrambled wildly to locate a UFO that was reported hovering above an airport before it abruptly vanished into thin air — police said that the unidentified flying object was "visible with bare eyes," prompting India's air force to launch a wild goose chase.

After the terrifying image was reported, security personnel issued an emergency warning, and the airport was closed for many hours.

An unidentified representative of one of India's federal police organisations claimed that the item was very plainly seen at the Bir Tikendrajit International Airport in Imphal.

After it was originally spotted, no proof of a UFO was discovered.

"IAF activated its Air Defence response mechanism based on visual inputs from Imphal airport," the Indian Air Force (IAF) wrote in a post on X.

“The small object was not seen thereafter.”

From the Hashimara airfield in the eastern state of West Bengal, fighter planes equipped with the Rafale were dispatched to inspect the item.

A defence official told ANI, “Soon after information about the UFO near the Imphal airport was received, a Rafale fighter aircraft from a nearby airbase was scrambled to go and search for the UFO.”

As the fighter planes passed over the dubious region close to the airport, they were fully outfitted with specialised sensors.

“The UFO was visible with bare eyes moving westwards of the airfield (at the Imphal airport) till 4pm,” an official from India’s Central Industrial Security Force told PTI.

It was said that the probe took around three hours to complete.

The IAF stopped operations at the airport before allowing it to resume, resulting in two planes being diverted from the airport and three additional flights being delayed.

This is in response to a video that was made public and depicts a UFO frighteningly passing a passenger plane 35,000 feet above the ground.

Ensaladilla uploaded a video on YouTube that depicts the view from an aircraft window above the clouds with an enigmatic black object gliding by.

An item in the shape of a pill was seen in an earlier footage that looked to be an aircraft travelling overhead via a wormhole.

He explained further in the video's caption, saying the "strange flashing light" was "moving slowly in the sky, a little slower than the planes flying around.

"I could see the random flashing coming from the object for about 10 seconds.
