Mia Gosling shared details about her work experience on the set of Star Wars: Starfighter.
The Frankenstein star is rumoured to play a villain in the film, starring alongside Ryan Gosling, Amy Adams, Matt Smith and Aaron Pierre.
In an interview with Elle, Goth who is currently in production process of Shawn Levy’s project admitted that the movie is testing her skills in a whole new way.
"It’s really intense, but I love it. I’m being pushed in a way that I’ve never been pushed before," she said. "This is a completely separate film, not a prequel. It’s its own thing, with new characters. And it’s a great script, a really great script."
Previously, Levy also gushed about the actress while explaining the reason behind casting her in the film.
"We needed a singular actor to play a fiercely complex new character within the Star Wars galaxy. Mia is a unicorn of an actress," he said. "It’s not like you could ever say, ‘We need a Mia Goth type,’ because there is no type. There’s just Mia."
The plot details have not been revealed, but the stand-alone movie is set roughly five years after the events of 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
Star Wars: Starfighter is slated for release on May 28, 2027.
