Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer have been longtime co-stars as they featured in hit American sitcom Two and a Half Men from 2003 to 2011.
At present, the 60-year-old year-old actor is eagerly looking forward to the release of his documentary film, aka Charlie Sheen, slated to release on September 10.
The upcoming Netflix film features Sheen’s former partners and friends including Chuck Lorre and Cryer.
While speaking about his new film, Charlie revealed that Jon was the only one he did not contact directly to ask him to be involved in the biopic.
This statement sparked speculations if the two are having a tiff.
But thePlatoon actor’s next statement cleared that there is no feud going on between the two, rather he just didn’t have his friends’ new number.
"The only person I didn't call personally to participate in the doc was Jon. And the only reason I didn't call him was because I didn't have the right number for him, so the director reached out to him”, Charlie told PEOPLE.
He further confessed that when he saw what Cryer said about him in the film, the Hot Shots star texted him saying, “thank you for your contributions, and I'm sorry we didn't connect personally."
The Golden Globe winner thinks he sent the message to the wrong number as he did not get a reply.
Sheen added, "It's not like Jon did not respond. He's super responsible like that. So if you're reading this, Jon, DM me your new number!"
