Candace Cameron Bure has recently explained how her faith impacted her life as an actress in Hollywood.
“I feel like people are just a little less afraid of being cancelled now that they can share their faith openly or whatever their opinions are [even] if they’re not similar with some other people’s opinions,” said the Full House alum while speaking to Fox News Digital.
Candace, who released a new book, 100 Days of Joy and Strength: A Daily Devotional Journey, reflected on her spiritual journey and how her book will offer guidance to other people.
“I am always amazed because He always shows up, and it's sometimes in unexpected ways,” stated the 49-year-old.
The Fuller House actress noted that sometimes “it's the way I want Him to show up, and sometimes it's the way I was hoping He wouldn't show up, but He did”.
“But what I've learned over the years in knowing Him and knowing His character is that He's always there, literally always there,” she declared.
Meanwhile, Candace, who shares three children with husband Valeri Bure, also learned the importance of slowing down in life.
“I think age and wisdom has helped me slow down. And I'm not a slow person,” continued the Home Sweet Christmas actress.
However, Candace added that at the start of her day, “if I don't ask God what he wants to do with me today, regardless of my plans, then I don't even know what I may miss, what God has in store for me”.
