Recently wrapping up her freshman year at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the 19-year-old seemed to be enjoying her summer break.
On Tuesday, June 24, she was photographed in her home state of New York, taking a casual stroll alone.
Suri, who is the spitting image of her mother Katie Holmes, kept things low-key for the outing.
She sported a black tank top tucked into dark grey sweatpants, paired with black flip-flops.
Completing her look, the Mission Impossible star's daughter accessorised with a patterned canvas tote bag. She went makeup-free and pulled back her dark brown tresses into a high ponytail.
It is pertinent to note that this sighting marks Suri's first public appearance since her father, who has been estranged from her for years, appeared to be uncomfortable when asked about his Father's Day plans during Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning premiere in late May.
When a reporter inquired about how he planned to celebrate, Tom, 62, paused before responding, "You know..." he began, trailing off and shaking his head.
After a long pause, he simply said, "Just having fun, man."
In addition to Suri, whom Tom welcomed in 2006 with Holmes before their divorce in 2012, he is also the father of Isabella "Bella," 32, and Connor, 30, whom he adopted with his second ex-wife, Nicole Kidman, prior to their divorce in August 2001.
