Pee Cee even won her first international honour for Best Actress in a new TV series at the People’s Choice Awards, last week. It is no wonder then that the actress has caught the attention of Hollywood filmmakers and it seems she is all set to take the next big leap of faith in tinsel town.
According to DNA India, Priyanka is currently in talks for a role in the upcoming film Baywatch, starring Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock and Zac Efron. Based on the famous ’90s TV series of the same name, the film revolves around the life of the leader of an elite group of lifeguards (Johnson), who is forced to team up with a young, hotshot former Olympian (Efron) to save their beloved bay. As reported by the Hollywood Reporter, the film will be directed by Seth Gordon and while Pee Cee is still trying to manage her dates so as to avoid a clash with her TV series, she will be seen in a villainous role if everything works out.
Meanwhile on the local front, Priyanka has been receiving a lot of praise for her role as Kashi Bai in Bajirao Mastani and will be seen playing a fearless cop in Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangaajal.
