PESHAWAR: Dr Saad Liaqat, a graduate of Eastman Dental Institute UCL in London, United Kingdom, has completed his PhD in the field of Biomaterial (Dental Material).
A press release said he has become the youngest and first-ever PhD scholar in the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the field. He was selected on HEC scholarship and will return home by the end of this year.
