Survey of destroyed houses in Tirah demanded
BARA: Pakistan Awami Inqilabi League (PAIL) President Attaullah Afridi on Friday said that the government had yet to complete the survey of the destroyed houses in Tirah valley of the Khyber Agency. Speaking at a press conference in the Bara Press Club on Friday, Attaullah Afridi said that the government had not completed the survey of destroyed houses in Akakhel tribe in Tirah valley. He said the district administration and relevant departments had not taken interest to complete the survey. “Due to wrong policy of the departments concerned, dozens of destroyed houses were not enlisted in the survey plan,” he said. Attaullah Afridi asked the government to send back the displaced people from Akakhel tribe as soon as possible and launch a survey of the destroyed houses.
