Four people, including a minor and a teenager, were killed and another was injured in two different road accidents on Wednesday.
Three-year-old Shani was killed and his father, Kamran, suffered injuries when their bike slipped near Nagan Chowrangi in the Sir Syed police limits.
Wajid, 45, and his friend Javed, 50, were killed and Aslam, 40, was injured, when their speeding car collided with a speeding trailer at the Super Highway. The bodies and injured were shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Muhammad Amir, 19, son of Aslam Shah, died after a speeding car crashed into his bike near Sindh Government Hospital in Korangi No 5.

16 Karachiites injured
At least 16 people were injured in a road accident on Gharo Road.
Families belonging to the Ismail Goth area of Karachi were returning from Dargah Ahmed Shah when their van turned turtle due to fault in the tire rod.
The injured were immediately given first aid at Gharo Health Centre, while 18-year-old Gopi, who sustained critical injuries was rushed to the JPMC Karachi.

Teenagers commit suicide
Two teenagers committed suicide in the city.
A dejected lover, 16-year-old Daniyal Khattak, ended his life by consuming poison at his house in Frontier Colony. His family took him to the Civil Hospital in critical condition, but could do little to save the boy. According to the police, the deceased was a Class IX student and was disheartened over a recent breakup.
Similarly, 17-year-old Iqra consumed a poisonous substance at her Landhi residence. She was taken to the JPMC but died during treatment. Her family took the body away without legal formalities.
