Police arrest three house burglars
Islamabad : Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police has arrested three accused including a woman involved in house theft incidents and recovered 20 mobile phones, a police spokesman said.
According to the details, DIG (Operations) Islamabad police, Afzaal Ahmad Kausar had categorically directed all the police officers to accelerate their efforts to curb crime and secure the city.
Following these directions, SSP (Investigation) Atta ur-Rehman constituted a special police team under the supervision of DSP CIA also including ASIs Tasneem Ahmed, Basharat Usman, and lady ASI Asia along with others nabbed three accused including a woman, identified as Rani Kausar, Zafara Hayat and Auras.
Police team also recovered 20 mobile phones from their possession. Separate cases have been registered against them at Golra and Ramna police stations and further investigation is underway.
