Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s lives are currently being overtaken by future planning, and real estate accusation seems to be high on their list.

the plans mainly relate to the Duchess’ plans for her future, and empire and according to the well placed insider that revealed the conversation happening behind Montecito walls, “Meghan’s decided that being closer to Los Angeles will make life easier.”

While speaking to Star Magazine the source explained her reasons a bit by revealing, “she’s sick of having to lose 4 hours of her day in the car when she has meetings or appointments and the fact that their neighbors continue to trash-talk them doesn’t exactly make her feel welcome.”

Plus, the $14.65 property that the Sussexes have started calling their home base is actually a vacation home to much of Hollywood’s elite and their said to leave their home empty “most of the year” so in Meghan’s eyes, “it’s not like there are many chances to schmooze.”

Furthermore, with her contract with Netflix up and much of the business happening in the heart of the city, the insider adds, “she says they’re too cut off from the social scene in Hollywood. She wants to be much more tapped in because that’s when the deals really happen.”

Before concluding they added, st the moment Meghan is also said to be flexible with where they build their second home base because “she’d love to get a second place in Brentwood or Bel Air like a lot of her friends have. But the reality is they aren’t in the financial position to run two massive households.”

So for a compromise they say she’d be open to Malibu “if Harry still wants the beach life” or even Calabasas because it could put them in the same neighborhood as Kris Jenner.
