BANNU: Several candidates on Friday criticised the administration of the Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital for alleged favouritism in job opportunities.
Addressing a press conference at Bannu Press Club, Khalid Mahmood Khan, Zakirullah, Muhammad Wasim, Atif Muhammad, Shah Niaz, Sadiqullah and others said that the administration of the hospital was involved in violating the merit policy as popularised by the PTI government. They said the appointments in the hospital as well as Bannu Medical College were recently made on the basis of favouritism while setting aside the merit displayed by the deserving and talented candidates. They accused the scrutiny committee member, Abdul Ayaz, of having set the test for the candidates.
