KARACHI: Faraz Ahmed Khan captured four wickets for 18 runs to help Pakistan Cricket Club beat Mashal Star Cricket Club Sibi by eight wickets and qualify for Fazal Mehmood National Club Cricket Championship semi-finals here at KCCA Stadium.
Mashal Star CC batted first and were all out for just 90 in 26.5 overs. Faisal Ahmed (21 runs) top scored for the side. Faraz was supported by Saud Shakil, Junaid Ilyas and Danish Aziz who picked two wickets each.Pakistan CC reached the target total in 14.2 overs with eight wickets in hand. Muhammad Waqas scored unbeaten 48. Rizwan Khan contributed 25 runs.
