Everybody in this country feels frustrated, disappointed and even bitter because neither our ruling elites nor our civil servants put truth into practice. The ruling class of the country is committed to appropriating the stolen money and other state resources but not to invest the same towards research and development of the country.
They are not devising policies and programmes, or launch projects and schemes to overcome growing water scarcity, improve water quality, improve water use efficiency and agricultural productivity, among others. How will the rulers, who can’t even arrange adequate drinking water for their people, empower the people of the country?
