LDA seals 16 properties

LAHORE:On the instructions of LDA DG Tahir Farooq, LDA teams conducted an operation against illegal commercial buildings, commercial fee defaulters in Gulshan Ravi and sealed 16 properties.

The operation was supervised by Chief Town Planner One Asad Zaman and Director Town Planning Zone One Ayesha Mutahir here on Wednesday. The sealed properties included private school, mutton shop, oil shop, bakery, cafe, restaurant, auto workshop, garment shops and others.

Millions of rupees in commercial fee payments are pending against the sealed properties, said Asad Zaman and added that several notices were given to these properties before the operation.
