Librarians’ training

LAHORE:Punjab University Library organised training workshop in collaboration with the Archives and Libraries Wing, of the Punjab government here on Tuesday.

Dr Muhammad Haroon Usmani and Syed Saleem Abbas Zaidi shared valuable insights and techniques on online searching, using free online resources, leveraging library resources for research purposes and innovation in public libraries. In his address, Zahoor Hussain said that the workshop was very important to take some policy decisions to bring innovation and creativity in public libraries of Punjab. He expressed his gratitude to the PU Library for organising such an impactful workshop and emphasised the need for continued collaboration to unlock further opportunities for public libraries.
