Jennifer Lopez takes subtle dig at Ben Affleck split as she hints at 'fantastic' single life
The actress made pointed comment about her past love life
Jennifer Lopez seemingly took a swipe at her split from her fourth husband Ben Affleck, as the actress confessed that she should have embraced her single life "sooner."
The Atlas star recently made her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her upcoming romcom Office Romance, also starring Brett Goldstein, set to stream on Netflix on June 5.
The multihyphenate, who finalized her divorce from Ben in February 2025, when asked about her relationship status, told host Jimmy Kimmel that she is happy to be single and has zero interest in dating.
“I should have done it sooner! I’ve been doing it all wrong. I’ve been doing it all wrong. Trust me.”
As for what she thinks about leading the next The Bachelorette, while she is enjoying her single life, she clearly said "no" to Jimmy.
“Are you crazy?" she quipped.
Jennifer explained that she is enjoying this phase of life, noting, "I’m not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now. It’s fantastic. I love it.
If the actress is ever gonna fall in love again in the future, Jennifer shared, "I’ll meet somebody somewhere one day, if they’re good enough. I don’t know. It’s not now.”
It is pertinent to mention that Jennifer Lopez tied the knot four times; she married Ojani Noa, Chris Judd, Marc Anthony, and Ben Affleck, respectively. She also shared twins with Max and Emme, with Anthony.
