Thousands of students back from Bishkek are now sitting idle in Pakistan and do not know about the future of their studies. They could carry on their studies there had they not been forced to leave on an emergency basis.
The government, especially the Higher Education Commission, should look at the cases of all such students and adopt a strategy to help them resume and complete their studies either in Kyrgyzstan or anywhere else in a guaranteed safe and peaceful atmosphere as early as possible.
