RAHIM YAR KHAN: A 25-year-old unidentified young man committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving goods vehicle bounded from Lahore to Karachi. He died instantly, and his body was transported to mortuary by the police.
In a related case, another 25-year-old man, Asif, distraught over family issues, took poison pills kept in wheat at his home. He died despite receiving immediate medical attention.
