The prime minister and foreign minister appear to be touring the world to solicit investment for Pakistan. Foreign investors are right to be wary of parking their money in the country. Even rich Pakistanis themselves prefer to send their money abroad. If our ruling elite were to reinvest their wealth in the country and lead by example, it might go a long way towards making Pakistan seem like a safer bet for foreign investors.
