As a lifelong resident of Karachi, I am intimately familiar with the challenges and frustrations posed by its congested roads. Each morning, my commute to work becomes a daunting odyssey through endless lines of vehicles, transforming what should be a brief journey into a protracted ordeal. The stress and anxiety induced by navigating Karachi’s gridlocked streets take a toll on one’s mental and physical well-being, compounded by the financial burden of fuel costs and lost productivity.
Beyond the personal sphere, Karachi’s traffic woes have far-reaching implications for economic productivity, emergency response times, and environmental health. Urgent action is needed to address this pervasive issue and alleviate the burden it places on residents.
