INGREDIENTS

Sugar ¾ cup or to taste

Water ½ cup

Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Ghee ¾ cup

Gram flour (sifted) 2 cups

Semolina ¼ cup

Khoya ½ cup

Pistachio 8-10

Almonds 8-10

METHOD

  • For sugar syrup: In saucepan, add sugar and water, mix well and cook until syrup thickens.
  • Add cardamom powder, mix well and set aside.
  • In pot, add ghee and let it melt, add gram flour and semolina, mix well and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes and mix well continuously.
  • Add khoya and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame, add prepared sugar syrup and mix well.
  • Add pistachio and almonds, mix well and serve.
