A woman’s hair is the first most noticeable part of her beauty. It’s an essential accessory that can give people an insight to her personality. No wonder there are countless different kinds of products specifically made for your mane. However, caring for one’s hair can be a laborious task especially if one has hair problems. Still, how many of us do even remember to oil their hair? We tend to shampoo our tresses daily; apply serums, conditioners and many products laced with chemicals that do more harm than good to our locks. Sadly, the importance of applying hair oils is declining day by day, which is actually really good for your crowning glory.
Keeping this in mind, recently, ‘Skincare’, a renowned local brand, introduced their first hair product, ‘Keshia’, under the label of ‘Haircare’. The launch event for the hair oil was a star-studded ceremony held at a local hotel in Karachi. In attendance were Sadaf Kanwal, Neelum Munir, Zhalay Sarhadi, Sunita Marshall, Anoushay Ashraf, Faysal Qureshi, Abeer Rizvi, Faryal Mehmood, Azfar Rehman and Nadia Hussain, who is the face of the product.
At the event, Mr Saad Rehman, Director Marketing and Sales said, “Skincare is known for dealing in a diverse range of products which are natural, ethically manufactured and safe to use. We hope to maintain the same set standard for products introduced under Haircare.”
Nadia Hussain, the brand ambassador, then took the stage, and explained the benefits of this elixir, “Keshia is ‘Roghan-e-Moringa’ that is a concoction of eight organically grown herbs. Moringa is a widely tested and trusted herb that strengthens hair, assures growth and combats hair fall. It is rich in Zinc and Vitamin A that also nourish the scalp. Moreover, the benefits of the other ingredients used are making hair noticeably smooth; effective treatment of hair fall; protecting natural hair colour while strengthening the roots; fighting against dandruff; increasing the flow of blood to revitalise weak hair; enhancing hair growth and boosting volume. Also, with a comb attachment with the bottle, it makes it super easy to ensure every drop of oil reaches the roots that we can’t possibly do with rigorous massages.”
After the insightful demonstration and Q&A session with Nadia, Natasha Baig entertained the audience with her exceptional music performance, which was a perfect close for the night.
