You’ll never believe a dish this scrumptious, comforting and impressive-looking could be made with just a few ingredients lying around in your kitchen! Ingredients

Puff pastry 1 kg

Minced chicken (cooked) 1 cup

Butter as required

Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce as required

Cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup

Salt & pepper to season


Method

  • Heat butter in a pan and add garlic ginger paste. Stir for a bit, add the chicken, and season it with salt and pepper. Once cooked, take it off the heat and keep it aside until needed.
  • Roll the pastry into a large rectangle and spread the chicken mince evenly.
  • Top that layer with cheese followed by tomato sauce over it.
  • Bring opposite corners of pastry over each bundle; pinch seams to seal.
  • Brush it with the egg yolk
  • Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes.
  • Serve for either lunch or tea.
