Though Haroon Gul’s entry into the world of acting is only one and a half years old, after seeing his work one can safely predict that he will surely make his place in the entertainment industry in no time. He was introduced to showbiz by Mr. Jamal Shah, Shamoon Abbasi, and Shahood Alvi. Gul first appeared in a Defence Day film for the Pakistan Army, called ‘Dosti’ in 2016. He then worked in the series of ‘Kitni Girhein Baki Hein’. He sang an English song for Jamal Shah’s film as well. These days he is doing a drama serial that is directed by Shahood Alvi.   • What is your most memorable drama serial to-date?

‘Dosti’ as I travelled to Kashmir and shot it there near the border on the mountains.

  • Your favourite international label:

My favourite so far is ZARA Man.

  • Your favourite designers:

Amir Adnan, Humayun Alamgir and Tom Ford.

  • Your favourite photographer:

Umair bin Nisar and Akif Ilyas both are very good.

  • What do you usually wear in daily life?

I’m casual in daily life. But yes, I like to wear khakis and vests.

  • What is one product you cannot do without?

I don’t depend on any product that I need that bad.

  • Your idea of romance:

Private Yacht.

  • One thing you like best about yourself:

Honesty.

  • Which designer’s clothes you would always love to wear?

There are many in this list over all. But anything that makes me feel good!

I grew up in the States so I’m a pizza lover. I always enjoyed CiCi’s Pizza.

Yes I’m social and keep myself up to date as it’s important to change with time.

Sundays are same as the other days for me. I like to take time out depending on my mood which could be any day.

  • What’s your favourite breakfast food?

Waffles and Poptarts along with orange juice.

Jogging is a favourite, because this cardio exercise can be done almost anywhere.

  • What is your favourite tune nowadays?

I enjoy all types but especially Trance music, which helps keep me motivated.

Pizza!

I can’t live without my maintained and balanced routine. If that messes up, I get irritated.

  • What are your favourite holiday destinations?

White Waters Theme Park Atlanta, USA and Naran and Hunza in Pakistan.

Negativity and people who don’t remember things and repeatedly ask.

If this is regarding a woman then yes her eyes and fragrance.

  • If you had access to a time machine which era would you revisit?

I would visit the 1950s as I would never miss the chance to share screen with Dilip Kumar sahib.

Both, but dhabaas have the best tea... undeniable fact!

My will power from my mother.

That I am a good human being.

  • The biggest misconception about you...

That I used drugs to lose weight. I was very obese after I came from the States. I lost 60 kg and transformed myself through proper exercise and nutrition.

  • What would be your advice to someone, who is thinking to be an actor?

Be yourself as I believe your work reflects the type of person you are.

  • What do you like most about your job?

I get to learn daily from people around me and that you step into someone’s shoes for a while, when you are playing a character.
