  • Love for Sale by Lady Gaga and * Tony Bennett: Second collaborative album by the singers; comes after 2014’s Cheek to Cheek; consists of cover versions of jazz standards by American composer Cole Porter.

  • Venom: Let There Be Carnage (starring Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Woody Harrelson) – action, sequel to 2018’s Venom; a serial killer (Harrelson) becomes the host of an alien symbiote spawn of Venom.
  • The Many Saints of Newark (starring Michael Gandolfini, Alessandro Nivola, Leslie Odom Jr., Jon Bernthal) – crime drama, prequel to the television series The Sopranos; follows the teenage years of Tony Soprano (Gandolfini) in the midst of a violent gang war that involves his family.
  • The Addams Family 2 (with the voices of Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Kroll) – animated comedy, sequel to the 2019 film; the Addams family goes on a vacation.
  • Old Henry (starring Tim Blake Nelson, Scott Haze, Gavin Lewis) – Western; a widowed farmer (Nelson) and his son (Lewis) take in an injured man (Haze) who is being hunted by bank robbers.

  • Born on 1st October 1989 in California, U.S.
  • Has a younger sister, Milaine.
  • Was home-schooled.
  • Parents divorced when she was seven.
  • Developed an interest in acting as a child.
  • Adopted the stage name Larson after her Swedish great grandmother’s surname because her birth name is hard to pronounce.
  • Started her acting career with guest appearances in television series.
  • Released the album Finally Out of P.E. in 2005.
  • Appeared in supporting roles in films including Hoot (2006), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), and 21 Jump Street (2012) as well as the television series United States of Tara (2009 – 2011) before getting her breakthrough with a lead role in the film Short Term 12 (2013), followed by Room (2015) which won her the Academy Award for Best Actress.
  • Currently stars as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (2019 – present).
