I am a medical student and would humbly like to tell you that I always have had the ability to write. I have been getting Us magazine for the last few years, so it would really be an honour for me to have an opportunity to write for your magazine, as it is for the youth.

I love ‘Quiz Whiz’ and ‘Comic Relief’. In one of the previous issues, the quiz on ‘queens’ was very interesting, but I am still waiting for its second part. I don’t think I have missed it because I go through Us every Friday. However, in case I have missed it, please let me know when it was published, so I can read it on your Facebook page.

Sanniyah Eman’s ‘Violet Vipers’ is getting more and more interesting with each new episode. It is grim, but beautifully penned (typewritten). And I must say that Iqra Asad’s Hackschool is just perfect for lighthearted entertainment. What a great balance! Loved both these writers. That’s why I love Us; it is such a potpourri of interesting write-ups! I am glad to see that once again the art work has started appearing on the back page regularly.

Allah’s Apostle (S.A.W) said, “The deeds of anyone of you will not save you (from the (Hell) Fire).” They said, “Even you (will not be saved by your deeds), O Allah’s Apostle?” He said, “No, even I (will not be saved) unless and until Allah bestows His Mercy on me. Therefore, do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately, and worship Allah in the forenoon and in the afternoon and during a part of the night, and always adopt a middle, moderate, regular course whereby you will reach your target (Paradise).”
