Emily Jordan Osment

  • Born on 10th March 1992 in Los Angeles, California, U.S.
  • Is the younger sister of actor Haley Joel Osment.
  • Started appearing in commercials in the late ‘90s.
  • Made her film debut in The Secret Life of Girls (1999) and subsequently appeared in movies  including Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams (2002) and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003) before being cast in the  Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana (2006 – 2011) which shot her to fame.
  • Has since appeared in the web TV series Cleaners (2013 – 2014) and currently stars in the sitcom Young & Hungry (2014 – present).
  • Has also released a pop album, Fight or Flight (2010).
  • Can play the guitar.
  • Taught her Hannah Montana co-star Miley Cyrus how to knit.
  • Supports anti-bullying efforts.

  • Action fantasy; a European mercenary (Damon) becomes involved in the defence of the Great Wall of China against monstrous creatures.
  • Is a Chinese-American co-production, and the most expensive Chinese film ever made.
  • Had a budget of $150 million; has made over $300 million so far.
  • Has received negative reviews from critics, who found the film unexciting.
  • Henry Cavill was reportedly set to star in the film at one point before Damon was cast. Bryan Cranston was also in early talks to join the film before Willem Dafoe got the role.
  • Score composed by Ramin Djawadi. James Horner was set to write the score for the film before his untimely death.
