• Born on 10 October 1988 in Auckland, New Zealand.
• Has an older brother, musician Paul.
• Started acting as a child.
• Studied ballet and jazz dance in her youth.
• Majored in psychology and linguistics at the University of Auckland but did not complete her degree.
• Appeared in New Zealand television series before earning recognition after appearing in American series like Once Upon a Time (2013 – 2017) and iZombie (2015 – 2019).
• Has since appeared in television series including Woke (2020 – 2022) and Ghosts (2021 – present), and films including A Christmas Prince (2017) and its sequels The Royal Wedding (2018) and The Royal Baby (2019).
