Kamran Farooq: For me, it's all about the grind – chasing dreams, not just clout. As a model, personal trainer, and YouTuber, I’m all in when it comes to helping others attain their fitness goals and live their healthiest lives. Sure, fame and money are cool perks, but the real fuel for my fire is the positive impact I can make. Whether it’s through killer workout routines, fitness hacks, or just being a traveller, I’m here to inspire and empower everyone to reach their peak potential.
Us: Have you faced rejection and criticism in your journey?
KF: I learned mad lessons about resilience and authenticity, which shaped who I am today. Building my brand as a personal trainer took grit; I had to establish credibility to clients. Creating engaging content as a YouTuber was another challenge, and there were definitely days I questioned everything. But pushing through those tough times was vital for growth.
Us: Do you think success is only about looks and connections, or is there more to it?
KF: Listen, while looks and connections can open doors, there’s so much more to winning in this industry than just aesthetics. A solid work ethic, realness, and delivering value are key.
Us: What’s your approach to staying innovative in your content creation?
KF: Versatility comes from adaptability. Each photoshoot, fitness challenge, or YouTube video is my chance to bring unique energy. Staying true to myself and being open to new experiences pushes me out of my comfort zone. Trying out new workouts, mixing up styles, and experimenting with content is where it’s at!

KF: When you’re passionate, it radiates, and that’s what keeps my content vibing. I stick to my workout and nutrition game plans and am intentional about the content I put out. My work ethic revolves around consistency and being genuine with my audience without compromising my brand for quick wins.

KF: My journey as a fitness model has been a wild ride filled with ups and downs – from hardcore competition preparation to facing self-doubt and criticism. I’ve learned to hone in on my strengths, stay consistent, and prioritize self-love. The biggest takeaway? Transformation isn’t just about physical change – it’s all about mental toughness.

KF: Expect a mix of fitness tips, workout routines, and healthy recipes designed to help people live their best lives. I’m also stoked to share lifestyle content like travel vlogs that take you on a journey through new places and experiences.

KF: Traveling allows me to explore new workout vibes and healthy eating styles around the world. I love showcasing how different cultures approach fitness and wellness, which adds depth and excitement to my content. It’s about blending fitness with adventure and inspiring people to stay active no matter where they are.
Us: Where are your next adventures taking you? Any exciting plans ahead?
KF: I recently visited family in the UK, and I’m eyeing other European destinations for some exciting vlogs! Staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and keeping flexible is how I plan to juggle it all. Finding the balance is key!
Us: What’s the secret to keeping your content fresh for your audience?
KF: Experimenting with new styles and formats and collaborating with other influencers not only diversifies my content but also keeps my audience on their toes. I think being adaptable and willing to take risks fosters creativity and engagement.
