How old were you, when you started doing your makeup?

My preference had always leaned towards a makeup-free approach. I usually didn’t wear makeup, but when I turned 22, I started trying it out.

When stepping out, do you wear makeup all the time?

I don’t usually wear makeup when I leave the house. However, I make it a regular practice to apply sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun’s harmful effects.

After coming back from shoot how do you remove makeup and cleanse your skin?

When I come back from a shoot, I typically use coconut oil to remove my makeup and cleanse my skin. Sometimes, I also use L’Oréal cleansers.

Do you use sunblock or any serums when you go to shoots?

I don’t find serums very effective for my skin, but I always make sure to apply sunscreen without fail.

Your beauty tips for college and university girls?

You can skip makeup and use only eyeliner. Also, try to avoid fizzy drinks and stay hydrated by drinking water and fresh juices. This will help keep your skin healthy and your body in good shape.

What is your favourite lipstick brand?

Huda Beauty never disappoints.

Do you use lighter tones of foundation or warm tones?

I prefer warm tones for my foundation as they match my skin perfectly.

How do you avoid hair damage?

I regularly apply coconut oil to my hair with a gentle massage.

For haircare, what are your preferences?

In terms of my hair care preferences, I am fortunate to have healthy hair. I find that oiling and home remedies work best for me. I also have an Aloe Vera plant in my garden, and I use its masks for my hair.

What is your take on Natural makeup or Zero makeup?

Zero makeup by all means.

Your advice to women who cannot afford expensive makeup?

There are several local brands that offer quality products at affordable prices, which can be a budget-friendly choice. These brands are often a great option for those looking for high-quality items without breaking the bank.

Who is your favourite stylist?

Khawar Riaz and his team.

Your beauty advice for young girls:

To maintain good health, it’s important to watch your diet and get adequate sleep.

Where do you buy your makeup from?

I get my makeup from the UK since I have relatives and family there who bring me the products I need.

Do you use anti-aging creams?

No, instead, I rely on moisturisers from brands like Neutrogena and Ponds to keep my skin well-hydrated and healthy.

These products help me maintain a simple and effective skincare regimen without the need for specialised anti-aging or night creams.

What about whitening creams?

I steer clear of whitening creams as I don’t support such products, and they have been known to cause skin issues.

What does the word beauty mean to you?

To me, beauty is all about embracing and being true to yourself. It’s about having the confidence to face the world as your authentic self, and that’s what truly matters and adds value to a person.
