RECIPES
* 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
* 1/2 onion finely chopped
* ½ tsp chopped celery
* 2 tbsp mayo of your choice
* 2 1/2 tsp ground mustard
* 1/2 tsp vinegar
* 1/4 tsp + 1/8 salt
* 2 tsp chopped coriander
* 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
* Mash the chickpeas roughly.
* Add onion, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, coriander, celery and black pepper.
* Mix well. Taste for seasoning adjustment.
* Spread on bread of your choice
