As the film gears up for release, the first song off the soundtrack is out and is a thumping party anthem. Titled ‘Kar Gai Chull’, it features Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra dancing in a carefree manner. And yes, it does remind one of Student of the Year but hopefully it should pass as more songs release from the OST.
Kapoor & Sons producer Karan Johar however loves the song and has been promoting it via his Twitter account. “Here it is! House party song of the season! #KarGayiChull,” he tweeted.
‘Kar Gayi Chull’ is sung by Badshah, Fazilpuria, Sukriti Kakkar and Neha Kakkar and is a song that is high on energy.
More importantly, it does not feature Fawad Khan so we’ll just have to wait on that front. In the meantime, this song has all the hallmarks of becoming a rage at parties and clubs across India and beyond so give it a view.
Kapoor & Sons is a family drama in which Fawad and Sidharth play brothers and Alia is supposedly their mutual love interest. The film also features Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah and Rajat Kapoor and is slated to hit theaters on March 18.
