Sunny Leone, usually in the news for her risqué choices in life, made it to the news for participating in an interview with more dignity and grace than anyone could have expected from her. Her interviewer, Bhupendra Chaubey wasn’t half as impressive as he fired one offensive question after the other. The interview was tagged “offensive and sexist” by a string of celebrities who came on Twitter to support the former porn star.
In one particular question, drilling her on how she reacted to the negativity and hatred meted out towards her, Chaubey questioned Leone on how she felt about the fact that no credible actor (in Bollywood) would ever want to work with her. He specifically named Aamir Khan. She responded with a super cool, “I’m a big fan of Aamir Khan and he may not want to work with me but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m his biggest fan.” In a delightful turn of events, Aamir Khan, who saw and disapproved of the way she was subjected to so much humiliation in the cross fire, tweeted: “Sunny,I wil b happy to work with you.I have absolutely no problems with your “past”, as the interviewer puts it.Stay blessed.a.”
Sunny Leone, who made inroads into Bollywood with Jism 2, is awaiting the release of her new film Mastizaade and it does seem that bigger things may be on the cards for her.
