Mira Sethi has been away from the small screen after Dil Banjaara (2016). During that period, she not only tied the knot but also made her theatre debut. She featured in Zia Moheyddin’s adaptation of the classic Shakespeare tragedy, King Lear, co-starring Khalid Ahmed.
The actor recently returned to television with a small role in ongoing drama serial Yeh Dil Mera while she is gearing up for another upcoming project on TV.
She recently shared a picture with Osman Khalid Butt, mentioning that the two will be seen as siblings in an upcoming drama serial coming out very soon. At least that’s what we could make out from the caption.
“Such fun working with this cutie,” she wrote with the picture, also hinting that it is a comedy, directed by Danish Nawaz.
Osman Khalid Butt, on the other hand, is also back on TV; he essayed a prominent role in Surkh Chandni that concluded earlier this year followed by a small role in ongoing drama serial Alif. Presently, he is getting noticed for his role in Ehd e Wafa that is coming to an end very soon with the last episode expected to screen in cinemas nationwide.
Coming back to Osman’s next, given his penchant for comedy, he seems like a good choice for the role; however, we are not sure what the story is about yet. The story will unfold with time; watch this space for details.
