Shaan Shahid’s upcoming romantic musical, Arth, which is a remake of sorts of the original Arth by Mahesh Bhatt is all set to release in cinemas worldwide on December 21. Featuring Shaan Shahid, Mohib Mirza, Humaima Malick and Uzma Hassan, the first song of the film ‘Sanwar Dey Khudaya’ came out recently and melted our hearts.
With vocals from the melodious Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and composition by Sahir Ali Bagga, the song is about heartbreaks and the sufferings one goes through after losing a loved one. Revolving around the lives of four individuals, each fighting his battle, the song is a display of their pain and emotions.
Produced by Hammad Chaudhry, Faraz Chaudhry and Shaan Shahid, Arth follows the lives of four individuals who cross each others’ paths after which their lives take a turn. Shahid plays the role of a singer who returns to his homeland, Pakistan and struggles to revive his music band with the help of a friend. While he faces failure, things begin to change after he meets one of his female fans, essayed by Uzma Hassan. Mohib Mirza plays the role of a film director while Humaima Malick plays herself in the film.
