We now live in an age where interest in star kids has reached new heights of insanity. From Shah Rukh Khan to Angelina Jolie, a lot of major stars operating in today’s world have to deal with the incessant attention Paparazzi chooses to give their kids. And while some choose to use that attention to make money (like many stars who sell first official pictures for an amount) others find the growing trend distasteful and a profound invasion of privacy.

A case in point is George Clooney - who recently welcomed twins Ella and Alexander with wife Amal and is planning on suing a French magazine for running pictures of his newborn babies on their cover. In a strongly-worded statement, Clooney revealed that the pictures were obtained illegally.

“Over the last week photographers from Voici magazine scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home,” read the statement. “Make no mistake the photographers, the agency and the magazine will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The safety of our children demands it.”

In the pictures, one can see Clooney with wife Amal as they are both carrying one of their babies. The photos were taken at Clooney’s Lake Como home in Italy.

While the case will surely gain more traction in the coming days ahead, you can look forward to Clooney’s upcoming film, Suburbicon which he wrote, directed and produced.
