Hania Aamir, who debuted in the 2016 hit film Janaan, has been signed on for Na Maloom Afraad 2, sources have revealed. The 20-year old made quite an impression with her performance in her debut film, after which she was immediately offered several TV dramas and films and she signed up for Parwaaz Hai Junoon opposite Hamza Ali Abbasi. PHJ is currently being shot in Risalpur and the newcomer has already signed up for another big project, Na Maloom Afraad 2. The Nabeel Qureshi film now has an even more stellar cast with Fahad Mustafa, Urwa Hocane, Hania Aamir and Sadaf Kanwal (in a special appearance). The film is currently being shot in Cape Town.
We bumped into Hania at the launch of Zainab Chottani lawn in Karachi and in a brief conversation, found her to be refreshingly youthful and pleasant. She shared how she was getting many endorsements casting her as an older woman (which her publicist always advises against). She also shared her experience of working with Hamza Ali Abbasi in PHJ, which you’ll have to watch this space to read about later.
