The Vanity Fair featured a photo shoot of 2016’s One Young World Summit Leaders which included some very well known and influential names. Amongst these names are Suits actress Meghan Markle, Beauty and the Beast star Emma Watson, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, singing sensation Cher and writer and poet, Fatima Bhutto.

The magazine’s April issue features these stars in photographs taken by photographer Jason Schmidt for a feature sponsored by One Young World and written by Bhutto herself. Bhutto is pictured alongside Markle, Mary Robinson and Saudi activist Loujain al-Hathloul on Ottawa’s Parliament Hill.

One Young World is a British charity that works to gather young inspiring leaders together and empowering them to create positive change in the world. The annual summit sees the delegates get together to come up with solutions for pressing global concerns. Bhutto has been a regular at these summits, having been a counselor every year since 2011.

Markle also shared her experience with One Young World: “When I was asked to be a Counsellor at One Young World, my response was a resounding ‘yes.’ One Young World invites young adults from all over the world who are actively working to transform the socio-political landscape by being the greater good. They are delegates who are speaking out against human rights violations, environmental crises, gender equality issues, discrimination and injustice. They are the change.”
