The actress recently bagged the title of sexiest Asian woman in the world, beating Priyanka Chopra, who has bagged the title four times in recent history.

The actress recently bagged the title of sexiest Asian woman in the world, beating Priyanka Chopra, who has bagged the title four times in recent history.
“It does bring a smile to my face, but sexy means different things to different people,” Padukone expressed after she was honoured with title. “For me, it’s not just physical. Being comfortable with who you are, is sexy. Confidence is sexy. Innocence and vulnerability is sexy.”
Aside from Padukone and Chopra, Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who shines opposite SRK in the recently released Raees trailer, also made it to the top ten. She is ranked at number nine.
The list is annually posted by Britain-based Eastern Eye newspaper. Other women in the top ten list include actress Nia Sharma on the third spot, Drashti Dhami on number four while Dear Zindagi star Alia Bhatt is ranked at number five, who made it to the list for the first time. Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor stand at number seven and eight, respectively.
Coming back to Padukone, her Hollywood film is expected to come out on January 20, 2017 while she has already started prepping for her next in India, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati alongside Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.
